Music from the islands

Clarinettist Jože Kotar and pianist Luca Ferrini have been playing together for more than fifteen years.

Their repertoire ranges from the Classical period to the contemporaries but they prefer to perform modern and contemporary music, written in "traditional" style, jazz and live electronics. They always try to mix different genres and by proposing new works.

Some years ago they began a project entitled "Music from the Islands" with music by composers from Europe, then extended to other islands around the world.

For the occasion they will present their third CD of this project, released by the Faroese label Tutl.
