Flytifólk is a band of four musicians who have moved to the Faroes and play tunes from around the world. Their core repertoire is music from migrant and travelling traditions: Klezmer, Gypsy, Balkan wedding music etc. For Summartónar 2020 they will also be introducing several of their own compositions.

In 1995, seven young Faroese musicians formed an ensemble with the main purpose to perform and promote Faroese music. This ensemble is Aldubáran.
